Klopp: 'We fight for the second place!'

The Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said the Manchester City team was too good to be a champion. The German added that this means the Merseysiders will fight for the second place at the end of the season.

Currently, Liverpool splits fourth-sixth place with Tottenham and Burnley, with the three teams having 31 points, which is a whole 18 less than the Manchester City leader. The lead of the `crazed` at the top of the stand is 11 points ahead of Manchester United and 14 in front of third Chelsea.

`I do not see how anyone other than Manchester City can fight for the title this season, for me United is not a contender, ` said Klopp.

`If there is not a big drop in the City, they will win the title, which means that the goal for us is to be the best among the rest, and we will try to be in the best possible position at the end of the season, which is a fantastic goal, I think we can finish second, `the German added.

On Sunday, Liverpool was ranked 14th in the Bournemouth.
