Retro:LeBron debuted in the NBA 15 years ago

On April 16, 2003, Michael Jordan last played in an NBA game. Only a few months later, another basketball player of No. 23 began his professional career. A player who simply can not escape comparisons with the Air and who, 15 years later, continues on his own way and gains acclaim and breaks record. On October 29, 2003 LeBron Raymond James recorded his first minutes at the best, and although Cleveland lost, he suggested what all fans would see from there. 18-year-old James played 42 minutes at the Cavaliers` visit to the capital of Sacramento, where the Kings hosts won 106:92.






LeBron was in the start of the Ohio team and finished his debut match analyzed by sport tips with 25 points, 9 assists, 5 rebounds, 4 balls and only 2 mistakes. The teenager, who took the enormous step from high school to the professional, shoots 12/20 of the game (10/18 for 2 points and 0/2 of the trophy) and 1/3 of the penalty line.

The debut of No. 1 in the Draft of the same year was marked by a record. Brawne put 25 points, which still remain the best achievement in the first basketball game, coming directly from a NBA high school.
