We often had to make compromises while working with the car to try to get the most out of it and at the same time try to learn something in order to make progress in the future.

I think that now, like all of us, Lewis sees very well that the team is moving in the right direction. We clearly see the path we need to take in order to finally start fighting for pole positions and race wins again. And we all see the dedication on the part of Lewis, dedication to the team, the desire to give all the best, which only grows as we close the gap - and he tries to do everything to help the team in this, - said Shovlin.
