Sunderland drew the Dutch striker Jermaine Lance from Dynamo Kiev. The 27-year-old player signed a contract for four years with 'black cats`.
Lance is a well known Sunderland manager Dick Advocaat from their period at PSV Eindhoven and AZ Alkmaar. The transfer fee was not announced, but according to the information in the press, Sunderland will pay 8 million pounds for the rights to the player.
