Arsene Wenger rejected the criticism of Gary Neville

The Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger dismissed accusations by Gary Neville, who called him `arrogant`, in comments before the match from soccer picks against Liverpool last night.
The former Manchester United player wondered why Wenger changed continually the positions of many of the players who bought.
`A lot of respect for Arsenal and I can say that the work of Arsene Wenger`s incredible. I can`t understand why he does not get powerful players to help the talented players.`
`You attract Arteta and then take hiim back further. Rosicky was taken as a wing, turning him into a midfielder. Aaron Ramsey is a midfielder, but now becomes an external player. That`s a lot of mistakes and something that happens all the time. Why not strengthen the midfield with players who have to be there? So the title cannot be won.`
`In Chelsea Cesc might not play well in defence, so Mourinho puts to him and Ramirez Matic. I think this is just arrogance - not to be able to adapt the team to the strength of the opponent. Or is it naivete or arrogance, as they continue to lose that way.`, said Neville.
Wenger was protected by Thierry Henry, who said that the boss just believes in his philosophy. The very specialist then commented on those allegations.
`I don`t know what this has to do with arrogance. I`m just trying to do my job and leave the others to speak. Everyone is entitled to his opinion. I can disprove such a claim, but I don`t want to go in a similar debate. I have enough experience and intelligence to know what`s right and what`s wrong.`, said Wenger.
